ELLESPORT X Core Collective VELOCITY: Our first class takeover in association with Be:Fit London
On Thursday 25th August, nearly 50 in-the-know London fitness enthusiasts came together for ELLESPORT’s first VELOCITY class takeover at the Core Collective Kensington Studio. The VELOCITY workout promised 45 minutes of high intensity athletic interval training that would help tone and condition the body, and boy it really lived up to that promise! For those lucky 50 who managed to grab a ticket before the event sold out, they were really put through their paces with the amazing Em Furey and Paddy Colman.
