HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER WITH ELLE SPORT?

Placing an order could not be easier. Simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the size required and click “Buy”. These items will then be forwarded to your shopping cart. You can click on “View Cart” at any time to see what you have added.You wil also see your cart value displayed at the top right hand side of any page.

When finished simply click “Checkout” to begin the checkout process. Please note you will need your credit or debit card details, including the billing address (the address to where the card bills and statements are sent) ready to process the payment. We accept payment in UK Sterling GBP only

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit or debit cards - Visa, Master Card, UK Maestro, Delta, Solo or Electron.
For ease to our consumers we have also implemented PayPal. 
Please ensure you have adequate funds in your account.

I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I ENTER MY SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESS. WHAT'S GOING ON?

If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos.

MY ORDER WON'T GO THROUGH. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please ensure you have entered all of your details exactly as they appear on your card. One small typing mistake may be the cause of your problem.
You also need to make sure that your billing address (where your statements are sent) is correct, as this will be used to validate your details.

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER OR ADD AN ITEM. HOW CAN I DO THAT?

If we haven’t yet shipped the order then it may be possible to amend it. To change your order please e-mail us with your order number and details of the amendment(s) you require. We will reply to your e-mail to confirm if the amendment has been possible. Unfortunately, if your order has been shipped it won’t be possible to amend it. Please note orders received after 10.30 am are packed the following day.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. This is only possible if your order is still processing and has not been dispatched. All order cancelations must be sent to us via e-mail quoting your name, order number and full address. We can then cancel your order and refund you. If however your order has been despatched you will need to return the order to us at your own expense.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

As soon as place an order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder or double check you entered your address properly.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

MY ORDER CONTAINS A FAULTY OR IN CORRECT ITEM.

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered or is faulty, please e-mail us giving us your name, address and your order number, and lets us know if you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?


Elle Sport cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
 
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
 
If you refuse a shipment from Elle Sport, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Elle Sport . This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
